Self-care is vital to overall health and happiness and for a guest visiting the spa, the experience can leave a lasting impression. A Spa Supervisor understands how important that experience is and takes the steps necessary to ensure that every aspect of cleanliness, quality, and ambience are flawless from the moment a guest walks in. Responsible for overseeing the spa staff, this individual enjoys being a leader and thrives in an environment where hospitality and well-being go hand in hand.

Requested Tasks

Knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and products to assist in training
Ensure team is aware of health and safety procedures, reporting any observed safety issues
Inspect treatment rooms to ensure they are clean and well stocked
Assist the Spa Director as and when required

Requested Capabilities

Prior experience in a spa environment highly preferred
Approachable and personable personality; guest-first mentality
Keen eye for organization and detail
