driven, people-first Spa Manager ready to run a high-energy operation, build an unbeatable team culture, and turn great service into great results.
This is not a “sit in the office and babysit the schedule” role. This is a
hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on accountability, growth, and building something they’re proud of.

What You’ll Own
You will lead the full operation of the spa with a sharp focus on
sales performance, team development, and guest experience, including:
- Driving revenue through smart marketing, sales strategy, and conversion
- Analyzing performance and budgets to maximize profitability
- Building and maintaining a high-performing, motivated team
- Hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Managing schedules to optimize capacity, revenue, and labor
- Owning inventory, cleanliness, and day-to-day operational excellence
- Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensuring full compliance with Hand & Stone standards and all regulations
- Creating a culture of accountability, positivity, and results
