We’re a locally owned Massage Heights with three Austin-area locations. We’re hiring dependable, team-focused therapists who genuinely care about their clients and coworkers.
Pay & Growth
$27–$30 per service hour
PLUS commissions + 100% of tips
Merit-based increases up to $48–$50 per service hour

What You’ll Do
- Build long-term client relationships
- Deliver consistent therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue; specialty add-ons like CBD and hot stone)
- Educate guests on wellness and treatment plans
- Collaborate with a supportive team
- Represent professionalism and care in every interaction

What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas massage therapy license
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication skills
